Oltre is a creative collective committed to building safe spaces where ideas, bodies, and perspectives can expand freely. It challenges norms, questions definitions, and explores how people see — and are seen in — the world.
Corpo Libera Tutti — Body, set us free — is Oltre’s first project: an immersive journey into the physical self, a space to rethink how we perceive bodies, both our own and those around us. It touches themes like judgement, appearance, first impressions, and control — all viewed through a playful, childlike lens inspired by the phrase “Tana libera tutti"*.
The title becomes a red thread that runs throughout the experience, inviting us to loosen the expectations we’ve learned growing up and to meet the body — every body — with curiosity, honesty, and care.
*: In the Italian version of hide-and-seek, Tana libera tutti is the call that frees everyone who has been found / captured.
The project’s core takes shape through a publication and a brochure — editorial artefacts designed to later guide and support the physical experience. The publication introduces the conceptual and visual foundations of Corpo Libera Tutti, outlining its themes, research, and narrative structure. The brochure, on the other hand, translates these ideas into a participatory tool that accompanies visitors through the journey.
As an experience, Corpo Libera Tutti unfolds through performance and interactive activities, where visitors become participants rather than spectators. Ideally, the path develops across five rooms — beginning with an introductory space and ending in a conclusive one — guided by a brochure that includes an insert designed for the final moment of the journey.
